Turn Team Member to a Subscriber/Circle member

A situation is possible when сustomer’s employee  was added as a Team member although he should have been added as a Circle member. Consequently the cases were created for a wrong account

Possible Solutions Suggested

  1. Remove [User] from the data base (Dev Team)
  2. Turn the team member into subscriber in the DB (Dev Team)

Actual Steps for Customer Support

  1. Raise a Jira ticket with the specific request to the Dev team
  2. Dev team performs the required manipulations on the DB level
  3. Once the operation is done, recheck in Admin panel
    a. list of subscribers to reconfirm the new subscriber appeared
    b. check the new subscriber Subscription
    c. previous subscriber's team to verify that the team member is no longer there
  4. Invite the new subscriber to the Circle (if required)
  5. (Optional) export the statistics on Circle and Subscriber to re-compare the transition
  6. Notify the customer on the results
