Pre-Treatment SMS Reminder Customization

  • Trigger: sent to the patient if they have not registered after receiving the enrollment email. This reminder is meant to encourage the patient to complete the registration process to gain access to the patient portal and fill in the due survey before coming to the clinician on the treatment date (if the SMS option is on).
  • Customization: either system SMS or customized at the protocol version level for each Circle/customer.  
  • List of Fields supported: Dr First Name, Dr Last Name, Credentials, Link, Team Name.

If you choose not to fill in the customizable fields, the default system SMS will be sent to the patients of the client.
  1. Navigate to the Protocols and switch to the required custom modification
  1. On the left, select Patient Communication

3. Select PreTreatmentSMSReminder in the dropdown list (and define the required language)

4. On the left, you’ll find a customizable field “Message” where you are to insert the required text. Below this field, there is an identical default field “Default Message” where you can take the text as an example.

Default Message below the customizable Message field is there only for the reference and CAN’T be changed.

Dynamic fields (text in the curly braces) pull the indicated in the curly braces info from the client's profile. The dynamic fields that can be used in the particular template are displayed above the template in the "List of fields". To use any of them, copy the required text from the List of fields and paste it in the curly braces. Each dynamic field must be inserted in the separate curly braces.

  1. Add the required text to the template in the Message field and click SAVE.  

  1. To add an SMS in other languages, select the required language in the list and repeat the manipulations.

Fields in the curly braces always stay in English!!!!  
  1. After saving the template, it’s strongly recommended to send a test SMS to check if everything looks well and doesn’t require any changes to be applied. To send a test SMS:  

          a. Click SEND SMS at the top right of the screen  

        b. Enter your mobile phone number and click SEND  

       c. Review the text and the linkin the SMS
