Minimum Commitment Includes:

• 1 Customized Observational Protocol
• Additional Circle Customization
• 100 cases
• 1 subscription

Cost:    $710 /6 months

A client may cancel their Circle upon thirty days’ notice.

Minimum Commitment plan includes 100 cases for 1 subscription. Duration of the Minimum Commitment is six months.

It's strongly recommended to start Minimum Commitment at the very beginning of the month since the system counts the whole month (from the 1st till the last day of month) no matter what was the starting date of subscription.
E.g., if you start the Minimum Commitment on the 28th of December, the system will count it as the whole month, from the 1st of December, so the client will have to pay for this month in spite of the fact that he hasn't used the platform.

First invoice includes the subscription charge only - $35.  

Then, for the first 5 months, the client gets the invoices which reflect the amount of used cases and subscriptions.  

On the 1st day of the month when 6 months passed, inCytes forms the invoice with:

• the used cases/subscriptions for the last month AND  
• unused cases: the difference, if any, between 100 Cases and those actually initiated.  

Even if only 10 cases out of 100 were used, the Client will be charged for these 90 unused cases!!!

If the client has used more than 100 cases that means that s/he fulfilled the Minimum Commitment and there is no additional charge for the unused cases: the client is charged only for the used cases and subscriptions

If the client does not cancel at the end of six months, it may not roll his unused Cases forward.  He must pay the difference, and then is charged for $5/Case for new Cases after that first six months.

Any excess of the limit is charged immediately - if any of the indicators became higher before the expiration of 6 months (e.g. 101 cases on the 4th month started OR added another 1 subscriber OR Client want to have SMS enabled) - we will charge them immediately as Pay as you go.

How to switch on the Minimum Commitment plan for the client?

1. Navigate to Funders

2. Click three dots next to the required Funder* and select Edit

          *Search the Funder by name or Stripe ID

3. Switch on the toggle and select the starting date of the Minimum Commitment plan

‍

4. Click SUBMIT when ready

After Minimum Commitment is over, it's automatically switched off in the Funder's profile.
