Inviting / Removing Team Members

Every user has an opportunity to invite one or more team members. These team members are granted full access to investigator’s account and can help assist with certain functions, such as case creation, patient enrollment, or Circle management.

To invite a new team member:

  1. Navigate to Investigators and select the required one from the list. After clicking on the investigator, you will be directed to their Profile page.
  • Use Search by first name, last name, funder or email to find the investigator faster

  1. On the Investigator’s Profile page, click INVITE+ in the Team Members field

  1. Enter the required email and select the preferred language for the invitee if required
For team members account which will be under our control, please use the incytes@rgnmed.com email address with plus addressing.
Example: Richard Morrow of Infinity Medicina Regenerativa is an Investigator on our platform and requires a team member from our side, then use the following format: incytes+rmorrow@rgnmed.com (first letter of name and full last name, company or funder name should be ignored). To finish the registration of each such account, you'll need access to incytes@rgnmed.com mailbox, use inCytes™ as First Name and Support Team as Last Name.
  1. Click SEND INVITATION.
  1. Team member will soon receive an email inviting them to subscribe and join the team.
  • Once the invitation is sent, the funder's invoice will reflect the inclusion of the additional seat and the monthly subscription cost for the user (+$35).
Each incytes@rgnmed.com based team member should be shared with Write Access via Dashlane to Nick Tierney and any other employee who is responsible for team member management (Andrew G; 08.01.2024).

To remove a team member:

  1. Click Investigators and select the required one from the list
  1. In the Team members field, click three dots next to the team member's name and select Remove

  1. Choose when to remove the team member
  • Select Remove immediately to instantly remove the team member from the team
Team member will lose access to the team/ platform immediately after the REMOVE button is clicked
  • Select Schedule the removal to set a specific date for when the team member will be removed:
*You can either enter the required date in the designated field or use the date picker to select it from the calendar
*The scheduled removal date can be changed (before it arrives). Once the removal date arrives, team members will lose access to the platform.

  1. Click REMOVE  

For team members who are scheduled to be removed, the label "Pending removal: date” will be displayed.

Regardless of when a team member is removed from the team, the funder will continue to be charged for their seat until the end of the current month.
The team member will only be removed from the invoice in the following month after they have been removed from the team.
