To invite a new investigator to the Circle:

1. Go to Circles and select the required one from the list to get to Circle’s Details page

Use Search to find the required Circle faster

2. Scroll the Circle Details page to the bottom and click INVITE+ at the top right of the Investigators field

3. Enter the email of a person you want to invite to the Circle and select the preferred language for the invitee

The invited person will get the invitation email in their preferred language, so the registration path and getting acquainted with the platform will go more smoothly.

4. Select the preferred case funder

          a. Select Circle funder to make the Circle fund the cases for this investigator

          b. Select Subscription funder to make the investigator fund their cases on their own  

          c. If none of the previous funders are suitable, you can choose Other and select the desired funder from the suggested list

Start typing in the funder’s name and select the required one from the list of active funders.

5. Click SEND INVITATION and the person will immediately get an email invitation to join the Circle.

• Once the invitation is sent, the funder's invoice will reflect the inclusion of the additional seat and the monthly subscription cost for the user (+$35).

To remove investigator from the Circle:

To remove investigators funded by the Circle, you must first stop funding them.

1. Open the Circles Overview Page

2. At the bottom of the Circle page, you'll find the list of Investigators.

3. Click three dots next to the Investigator you wish to remove and select Remove from Circle

4. Confirm your action by clicking REMOVE FROM CIRCLE

If you don't see the Remove from Circle option, it meas that this user is funded by the current Circle. You must first stop funding them, after which the option will become available.
