To resend invitation to a Circle Member

From the Circle Detail Screen

1. Go to Circles and select the required one from the list

2. In the Circle Members filed find the column DATE JOINED:

          a. The date displayed reflects the date when the invited member joined the platform.  

          b. Unregistered users have status “Pending”

     3. Click three dots next to the pending user and select Resend to resend the invitation

From the Subscribers tab

1. Go to Subscribers and find the LAST LOGIN column  

          a. Click the arrow next to the LAST LOGIN to display all the pending users at the top of               the list

2. Click three dots next to the pending user and select Resend Invitation

To resend invitation to a Service Provider

1. Go to Service Providers and select the required organization from the list

2. In the Service Provider Members field find the column DATE JOINED:

          a. The date displayed reflects the date when the invited member joined the platform.               Unregistered users have status “Pending”  

3. Click three dots next to the pending user and select Resend to resend the invitation
