How to Prepare [Circle] Demo materials

RegenMed never creates test cases with Client-Funded Circles

Admin Portal:

1. Prepare the required Demo Circle

2. Reconfirm languages to be added

3. Invite ThomasCross+[Customer abbreviation]gmail.com account as Dummy Clinician

4. Complete registration using [Customer Abbreviation] +Demo+ Clinician name

Generic password for all demo accounts is RegenMed1122

5. Customize Dummy Clinician Account with:

  • realistic dummy User & Team name
  • images
  • contact Info

6. Recheck the right Patient Communication for both emails and Benchmarc messages

7. Make Dummy Clinician as Founder & Admin of [Circle]

Clinician Portal:

1. BEFORE CREATING A CASE for the foreign Patient switch the browser into the required language. That will ensure having Patient Consent in the language requested

2. Create patient(s) using ThomasCross+[Customer abbreviation]patient1/2/3@gmail.com for Dummy patient(s)

Generic password for all Dummy Patient accounts is RegenMed1122

3. Create dummy historical case(s)

!Don't forget to edit survey completion dates in the cases(s)

Patient Journey & Benchmarc:

  1. Recheck and (make screens at request) of emails sent
  2. Complete and (make screens at request) of Patient Enrollment Pages
  3. (Make screens at request) and complete the Survey, the rest ones may be completed by Clinician on the Case Detail Page
  4. Recheck and (make screens at request) of Benchmarc:
  • HOMEPAGE (Branding, Consent signed, etc.)
  • SCOREs (Adjusted survey completion dates, Realistic outcomes)
  • CASE DETAIL PAGE

Clinician Portal:

1. Create Report Builder for the Circle with one-two cohorts (make screenshots at request)
