Invitation to the Circle:

1. Go to the admin panel and navigate to the Circles.

Zoom out the screen to 80% or scroll the page to the very right to see the options menu.

2. Click three dots next to the required Circle and select Generate link. The self-enrollment link will automatically be copied to your clipboard.

      3. Send the link to the required Circle Founder/member via the preferred communication channels or incorporate into the client's brochure.

➢     Patient’s case will be created on the Circle Founder’s default OP modification and its default version (if there's any). Otherwise - Circle’s modification and default version.

Invitation to the Particular Circle Member:

1. Navigate to Circles and select the required one from the list

     Use search bar to find the required Circle faster

2. In the Circle members list click three dots next to the required Circle member and select Generate Link. The self-enrollment link will automatically be copied to your clipboard.

3. Send the link to the required Circle member to use it for patient self-enrollment.

The link becomes invalid so the patient will not be able to register via it when:

• The Circle member was removed from the Circle
• The Circle member has no active subscription
• The Circle was archived

To make the link work you should fix the issues mentioned above.
