How to enable SMS messaging for the customer

You can enable SMS for a custom modification as well as for each of its versions separately. (Taking this into account, a customer can send SMS reminders for patients of one protocol version and avoid sending patient reminders for another version)

To enable SMS messaging for a custom modification:

BEFORE SWITCHING ON THE SMS SERVICE FOR THE CLIENT YOU MUST VERIFY WITH FINANCE DEPARTMENT THAT THE CLIENT is registered in Stripe – AND IS READY TO TAKE THE COST OF THE SMS
  1. Navigate to Protocols and select* the required one from the list

       *Use Search field to find the required protocol faster

  1. Switch to the required custom modification
  2. Click Settings on the right
  3. Switch on the toggle Send Registration SMS to enable registration SMS for the customer’s patients

  1. Switch on the toggle Send Patient Reminder SMS to enable sending out patient survey reminders
  1. Click SAVE at the top right of the screen to save the settings

These toggles work autonomously and you can switch on them both at once, separately one of them or neither of them. So you can enable only patient registration SMS without any SMS survey reminders or vice versa. Thus, by reducing the number of SMS messages you can reduce the customer’s expenses since SMS messaging is paid option.
