How to customize the template based on the Default template?

Using Online HTML Editor

Note: this method is applicable when you need not only changes in the text or translation of the existing email, but also to apply changes to the email structure
  1. Open an HTML Editor (you can use any editor you like. This one is given as an example)
  1. Copy the text from the Default Email body in the required template
  1. And paste it in the right field of the HTML Editor. On the left, you’ll see the “patient’s” version of the email
  1. Apply the required changes in the “patient’s” version and the changes will automatically be applied to the HTML text
  1. Copy the HTML variant and paste into the field Body in the admin panel
  1. Click SAVE when ready

After saving the template, it’s strongly recommended to send a test email to check if everything looks well and doesn’t require any changes to be applied. To send a test email:
1. Click SEND EMAIL at the top right of the screen
2. Enter your email and click SEND
3. In your inbox messages find the email from notifications@incytesapp.co and look through the email

Using Search to Substitute the Required Text in the Admin Panel

Note: this method is applicable when minor changes or translation of the existing text are required.

1. Open the required email template.

2. Copy the text from Default Body and paste it in the Body.

3. In the Body, find the required text to substitute and apply the required changes.

Tip: use CTRL+F to find the required text

4. Click SAVE when all the adjustments are made

Do not forget to send test email to your email address to check if everything looks well and doesn’t require any changes to be applied.
