* First and last name of the Circle's founder is used.

1. Navigate to Circles and select the required one from the list
2. Scroll the Circle Details page to find the Circle Communication field and press SHOW CIRCLE COMMUNICATION
New Investigator Circle Invitation Email will be displayed by default. Select ExistingCircle Invitation Email if required.
3. On the left, definethe required language
When inviting a user, you can choose a language for the invitation letter to be sent in. If you later click the RESEND button, the letter will be sent in the language of the Circle's Founder. If there is no customized template in that language, the DEFAULT template, which includes all translations, will be used instead.
4. On the right, you’ll find two customizable fields - Subject and Body - where you are to insert the required texts. Below these fields, you will find default fields labeled Default Subject and Default Body, which can serve as examples for your reference

Ensure that all the necessary information is entered into the Circle/Investigator’s Profile for the dynamic fields to function properly in the email. Without this data, the dynamic fields will not work as intended, resulting in missing information in the email instead of the expected content.
Pay attention to:
{{CircleAdminTeamName}} and {{CircleFounderTeamName}} are commonly identical. Only include both fields when they differ to prevent lengthy and confusing email subjects
Contact Us email is also filled in the Circle’s Contact Information.
Add Subject and Body to the template and click SAVE
The email body must be in HTML format!
To add an email in other languages, select the required language in the list and repeat the manipulations
Note that fields in the curly braces always stay in English!!!!
After saving the template, it’s strongly recommended to send a test email to check if everything looks well and doesn’t require any changes to be applied. To send a test email:
a. Click SEND EMAIL at the top right of the screen
b. Enter your email and click SEND
c. Check your inbox for a message from notifications@incytesapp.co and carefully review the contents of the email
