  1. Begin by selecting Circles in the left-hand navigation. This brings you to your Circle overview screen. Press + CIRCLE at the top right of the screen.

  1. Fill in the required fields:

             a. Name*: enter the Circle name requested by the customer

            b. Protected Health Information*: define whether the Circle is PHI / Non-PHI

            c. Observational Protocol*: search on the required OP by Protocol name or #description

            d. Founder*: search on the Circle’s founder first name, last name or email. Circle Invite will automatically fall on the Founder’s Dashboard

To designate someone as a Founder or Administrator in inCytes, they must already be a registered user on the platform. Start by adding them to an existing Circle. Once they have registered, you can then assign them as a Founder or Administrator.

           e. Funder*: start typing in the name of the Funder and select the required Funder from the dropdown list. Note that only active Funders are available for search

           f. Administrator*: search on the Circle’s administrator first name, last name or email.

           g. Treatment: search on the required treatment by treatment name or #description. This info is optional but nice-to-have since it's displayed on the Circle details page and on the patient portal

           h. Indication: search on the required indication by indication name or #description. This info is optional but nice-to-have since it's displayed on the Circle details page and on the patient portal

inCytes "Search Hacks" to Simplify Your Circle Creation Process:
Use # (hashtag) + any keyword of the topic of your interest to find the observational protocol, pathology, or treatment. This is useful in situations where the search word is not in the title but is in the description.
When searching in a language other than English, just enter #it for Italian, #sp for Spanish, #ru for Russian, #fr for French, #de for German.

  1. When ready, click CREATE CIRCLE.
