Sections
1. Navigate to Circles and select the required one from the list
2. In the Circle members list, click three dots next to the required Circle member
3. Select Change cases estimate
4. Enter the expected number of cases to be created and click APPLY
a. Enter the number equal or more than 0 (zero)
Monthly cases estimate and the changes made in it relate only to the current month. Each month the case estimate should be updated. Otherwise, the last entered number will be applied to all subsequent months automatically.
The case creation estimate relates only to the Circle you are looking statistics in.
You can monitor case creation estimates for yourself, for the whole Circle or for each of your Circle members individually.
The statistics on case creation rate can be also found in Usage Statistics report and Executive Usage report.
To evaluate if the Circle members are creating the expected level of the cases:
1. Go to Circles and select the required one from the list
2. In the Circle Analytics field, select Compliance and Adherence → CASES
Statistics include only active and completed cases. Archived cases are not included.
You can switch off/on the column on the graph by clicking the corresponding eye icon on the right of the graph.
3. Hover your mouse over the required column to see the actual and the expected number of created cases.
For example, looking at the image, we can see that 21 cases have been created, while the expected number of cases to be created is 25, resulting in a completion rate of 84%.
You can export the statistics on the “non-compliant” investigators who don’t create the estimated number of cases.

Clicking VIEW on the banner will take you directly to the Reports tab where you can find your report at the top of the reports list and download it.
