Bundles are groups of one or more questions, whereby the answers are converted into numerical values. Bundles are the building blocks of Scoring Groups, and support the generation of Scores.

E.g., each answer option has its number (Never - 0, Rarely - 1, Sometimes - 2, Often - 3, Always - 4) that will be used in specified formula to calculate the outcomes.
