NOTE for inCytes admins:

• After inCytes administrator filled in the Phone Number field in the Subscriber’s profile, the Subscriber will not be able to apply changes to this field in the profile. It’s strongly recommended to skip this field while filling in the Subscriber’s information or double-check the mobile phone number before putting it into the system.
• inCytes administrators have no access to set up or change 2FA settings for the subscriber’s account

Inviting/Removing Team Members

NOTE for inCytes admins:

• Team members registered in inCytes earlier than their Subscriber will not have the subscription thus will NOT have the ability to do any manipulations in the Subscriber’s account.
