General rules

• Archiving of Read Only content is available anytime
• For other types of questions archiving is allowed when:

          a. Question is not used in the scoring group formula for the bundle

              You must remove the question from the formula first to archive it in the bundle

          b. NO cases were created. Otherwise,  the system will warn you that archiving is not               available for the selected question

Archiving a Question in a Bundle

Please follow the steps below to archive a question/s in bundle:

All the mentioned below steps must be fulfilled uninterruptedly, without leaving a step for later.

1. Remove the question from scoring group’s formula  

2. Archive the question in the bundle

3. Archive the question in all related entities

To archive a question in a bundle

1. Go to Bundles and select the required one from the list

2. Click three dots at the top right corner of the required question and select Archive question

3. Confirm archiving the question by clicking YES*

          *Click NO or cross at the top right of the modal to cancel the archiving

4. To archive the question in all related entities, click three dots next to the already archived question and select Archive in all related entities

Unarchiving a Question in a Bundle

Step-by-step instruction for unarchiving questions in bundles:

All the mentioned below steps must be fulfilled uninterruptedly, without leaving a step for later. Especially, if the bundle is already a part of the Protocol in use and the cases are being already created.

1. Set in use the question in the bundle

2. Apply the required changes in the scoring formula (add new question tag to the formula)

3. Set the question in use in all related entities [link to the section] and the required changes will display in both: investigator’s and patient’s survey

To unarchive a question in a bundle/to set the question in use:

1. Go to Bundles and select the required one from the list

2. Switch on the toggle Show archived to reveal the archived questions

3. Click three dots at the top right corner of the required question and select Set In Use question

4. Confirm unarchiving the question by clicking YES in the appeared modal

‍

5. To set the question in use in all related entities, click three dots at the top right of this question and select Set In Use in all related entities
