Adding a New Question to a Bundle

1. Navigate to Bundles and select the required one from the list

• Use Search bar to find the required bundle by name

2. Select English US in the language list on the left

The bundle is built ONLY in English US. All the other tabs are language localizations, not independent bundles.

3. Click plus at the top of the Bundle Content and select Question or Read Only according to your needs.

4. Click CREATE NEW and select the necessary type of question

• To remove the Add Question field, click trash icon to the left of this field. This option is available only in the Add Question mode

5. Fill in the required info and press SAVE

Cloning the Question in a Bundle

To speed up the process of content building, you can clone questions in a bundle. It may be useful when questions have minor differences between each other and you need to change the wording in the question, etc.

To do so,

1. Navigate to Bundles and select the required one from the list
2. Select English US in the language list  
3. Click three dots at the top right of the required question and select Clone

4. In the Clone Question modal, enter a new tag for the question and click SAVE (or click DISCARD to cancel cloning)

• In read only questions no changes to apply
• In grouped questions you are to enter a new prefix in addition to the tag

You are not able to apply changes to the content on this step.  
After cloning the question, you can change the content in it by clicking Edit in the options menu of the cloned question.

Adding the Existing Question to a Bundle

1. Navigate to Bundles and select the required one from the list

• Use the Search bar to find the required bundle faster

2. Select English US in the language list

3. Click plus at the top of the Bundle Content  and select Question

You will be able to change the position of the question later

4. In the Search field start typing the question name or the question tag and the system will suggest you all the matching questions

The suggested question list contains all the matches to the every entered in the search field word. The more accurate the search request, the shorter the drop-down list is.

6. Click on the required question in the list to select it

‍

You can’t add the same question to the bundle twice. The system verifies the question tag’s uniqueness when a question is tried to be added and doesn’t allow you to add the duplicates.The duplicated question is highlighted in red.

7. Click ADD+ on the right of the question to add it to the bundle

• To remove the Add Question field, click trash icon to the left of this field
