Trigger: sent to a patient with Benchmarc mobile app installed when the survey due date comes to remind a patient to complete the survey/task
Customization: either system Push reminder or customized at the protocol version level for each circle/customer and additionally can be different for each follow up survey delegated to a Patient
List of Fields supported: Survey Title
Push Reminder is sent in the language preferred for the patient, defined:
*either by clinician when creating a case or
*by the patient themselves in the patient portal
If the patient's device language differs from the language selected by the clinician as preferred for the patient, all the sent messages will be displayed in the language set on the device. Exception: the first "Registration" step on the patient portal.
Select PatientPushReminder in the dropdown list (and define the required language)
On the left, you’ll find a customizable field Message where you are to insert the required text. Below this field, there is identical default field Default Message where you can take the text as an example.
Default Message below the customizable Message field is there only for the reference and CAN’T be changed.
Current Default Push Reminder template (for reference):
It’s time to report and review your health progress. Please respond as soon as possible to provide an accurate result.
Add the required message to the template and click SAVE.
To add a push reminder in other languages, select the required language in the list and repeat the manipulations. Note that fields in the parenthesis always stay in English!!!!
You can set a Push Reminder for each follow-up survey.
Customizing Push reminder template for a follow-up survey:
1. Go to the required Protocol and select the required survey
2. Click SHOW PATIENT COMMUNICATION in the Patient Communication field
3. Repeat the steps mentioned for Protocol level push reminders
